 Tattoo Booking Policy

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Deposits cannot be paid using gift cards.

  • If you cancel or reschedule, deposits are not refunded but will be applied to a future appointment (one reschedule per deposit allowed).

  • After the first no-show, the full tattoo balance must be paid at the time of rebooking.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred once added to your account.

  • Gift cards cannot be combined with promotions or discounts.

  • Gift cards may be used toward tattoo services only (unless otherwise specified).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • If you cancel or no-show 3 times, you will no longer be allowed to book with us.

  • No-call / no-shows result in a full loss of deposit.

Pricing & Payment

  • Tattoo pricing is based on size, detail, placement, and time required.

  • Balances are due at the end of the session unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payments: Cash, E-transfer

Appointment Day

  • Please arrive on time.

  • Come rested, hydrated, and fed.

  • No alcohol or drugs before your appointment.

  • Only the person being tattooed is permitted in the studio unless pre-approved.

Health & Safety

  • Clients must be 18+ with valid ID.

  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the influence, you cannot be tattooed.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies before your appointment.

TATTOO TOUCH-UPS AND AFTERCARE

Tattoo Touch-Ups

  • Touch-ups are available on the last Wednesday of every month.

  • Touch-ups must be booked within 6 months of your original tattoo appointment.

  • Only one touch-up per tattoo is free.

  • Tattoos must be fully healed and finished before scheduling a touch-up.

  • Touch-ups must be booked for the original tattoo only; this offer is non-transferable.

Book your touch-up early to ensure your tattoo stays vibrant and perfect!

Valid Aftercare Instructions

Proper aftercare is essential to keep your tattoo looking vibrant and to prevent infection:

  1. Keep it Clean – Gently wash your tattoo with lukewarm water and fragrance-free soap 2–3 times per day.

  2. Moisturize – Apply a thin layer of aftercare ointment or unscented lotion as recommended by your artist.

  3. Avoid Picking or Scratching – Let scabs fall off naturally; do not pick or scratch your tattoo.

  4. Protect from Sun – Keep your tattoo out of direct sunlight while healing and apply SPF once healed.

  5. Avoid Submersion – No swimming, hot tubs, or prolonged soaking until fully healed.

  6. Wear Loose Clothing – Avoid tight clothing that rubs against the tattoo.

  7. Monitor Healing – If you notice excessive redness, swelling, or oozing, contact your tattoo artist immediately.
